gupster Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Anyone have any good software or tips how your orginise your contract and certs. Mine are currently all word documents in a cert folder and a contract folder. Not sure if i could do something with access maybe. My customers keep the same contract number for life but obviously have a new contract each year end up having thousand of word documents and there not the quickest thing to keep updating. I wonder how many tabs you can have on excel maybe another option. Any ideas thanks guys. Adam

whistle Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 We use another database that alarmgard on here made, Its is also free to download. But we are just about to go down the route of Alarm Master.
