hpotter Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Wondered how many cups of tea I could of made today with the energy I burned googling. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7823387.stm But then how many CO2 emissions are being absorbed by the tree that didnt get cut down cos I havnt got a copy of yellow pages...... (Crass argument I know but kinda makes you think where we all going with offsetting emissions etc?)
A-G Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Or the guy who bought low energy light bulbs .... from a shop that had the heating on and the front doors open . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
kensplace Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Hmm, I will save the planet then, instead of googling I will jump in a car and visit all hundreds of shops around the country in order to compare prices. Then I will travel around the various libraries reading up and doing research. Then I will send letters to everyone instead of emailing.
hpotter Posted January 12, 2009 Author Posted January 12, 2009 IIRC sheep are the biggest contributors to CO2 emmissions. Eat more mutton/lamb? Hold up, i'll just check my facts.... G..... Or could get my bike out.
A-G Posted January 12, 2009 Posted January 12, 2009 Cows init? . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
hpotter Posted January 12, 2009 Author Posted January 12, 2009 Not sure, but looks like we're all gonna get a jab or pay more tax (another stealth tax?) http://ecoscraps.com/2008/06/09/sheep-and-...hane-emissions/
