Galaxy 500 Bell Box Wiring, Cant Think Straight...

I want to swap to a galaxy 500, I have had the bellbox working with a galaxy 16+ before, but not wired up the 500 yet.

Wirewise I have the following 5 wires going to the bellbox, unfortunatley some scrote nicked our ladders from the back yard so

I can't get up to the bell box to check any connections, or even remove battery from it etc....

1 - Strobe -

2 - SCB T

3 - SCB A

4 - BELL B-

5 - BELL D+

Im assuming from some old scribbled notes of the old panel that was there ages ago

Wire 1 Strobe Minus is the strobe trigger

Wire 2 SCB T is -Ve Tamper Return

Wire 3 SCB A is 0V

Wire 4 Bell B MINUS is the Bell Trigger

Wire 5 Bell D PLUS is +12V Supply for bellbox

Question is, how does this wire up to the galaxy 500?

The Bell output obviously to the no 4 wire (Bell trigger), another output for the strobe (if I use it)

+12v and 0v do they just wire up to any 12v supply in the panel?

What about the tamper return? Where on the galaxy does that connect? I notice there is a pair of tamper return connections on the board,

but there is only one wire for tamper coming from the bellbox.. Does it go into a input, or wire into that pair somehow?

My head is just not working at the moment, cant think at all!

Also, could the bell box be ran from a rio, if so again how would the tamper be connected - and is it fine to do that (may not need to, just exploring options)

cheers

Out of interest what's the max current a rio can supply. I take it that if you can run a bell (& strobe) off a rio they can deliver a fair amount, & what if it's at the end of the chain of rio's, or if 100m from panel etc?

Just getting my head around it all, not knocking etc.

a 16 to a 500,thats some additional protection youve added,i take it the bell cable is wired back to the 16,then just connect the 12v/0v to the power the trigger to say o/p 1001 prog'd bells then the tr to the tr (2nd term below the spkr o/p)
