inglishg Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 Well well well...after a fruitless search for the engineers manual, and a panicy call from the customer, I suggested that for speed, I would do a panel swap. The customer was a little horrified! I told her not to worry about the cost, but it was the fastest option I had to get her on her way as I didn't have the engineers instructions, and the user code wasn't responding. I declared that the panel must be locked... "I've got a big thick manual for the alarm" she said. "And it's got some code numbers hand written in it" Doh!!! Ant to top it all, the user code she had given me was wrong too! Great ain't it? Anyway, system now up and running, and I now have my own copy of the engineers instructions! AND she was so greatful, she gave me a little extra for my trouble
