Guest RankzeroX Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 Hello, I would like to buy for close to 300£ of material at this company : http://www.safedirect.co.uk but they do not answer my email (I ask them simply if it is possible for them to send the material in France). Therefore, does somebody know the reputation of this company? And could somebody make the mediator so that at least they answer my email? Thank you all very much kind regards, rank.
morph Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 Wasn't aware of Safe Direct but there are loads of on line retailers that sell to the public via on line sites. I think you have probably answered your own question, if an on line retailer doesn't answer emails promptly during office hours then I personally would take my business else where, especially when you intend to spend £300 with them. As far as mediation is concerned that is a matter between you the purchaser and the company you are buying from, there are other companies that sell direct to the public have a look on the top sites pages, although as a consumer you should ensure the suitabillity of a supplier before placing an order and i would also reccomend that a "credit card" is used for the purchase as then you would have a contract with them. Colin.
Guest RankzeroX Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 then I personally would take my business else where Thank you Colin for this answer, it is also what I say myself but they are really cheap and I did not find less expensive for a complete burglar alarm (Texecom Veritas Excel based) I think that I will telephone to them but my spoken English is bad... Friendly, Rank.
