alterEGO Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 Nothing new, i know of a few alarm companies who have done it over the years, keep all the contracts but get rid of all the debt. They normally get a nice new fleet of vans and equipment just before hand.
Cubit Posted February 19, 2009 Posted February 19, 2009 It was definitely planned. I was told what was gonna happen several weeks before they made it formal. My info came from outside UK.
emsgeorge Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 I remember seeing catalogues coming out branded as 'a data' a few months ago, and at the warehouse there was a load of kit coming into there branded 'a data'. Only order from there when we forget to order bits from Norbain (as LJD is close to us), and last time I ordered they had to transfer my account details over to the new system. No other communications at all from them about a company name change / going bust etc. Seems although they are better at sending catalogues out though - ive had 2 at the office in about 3 weeks.
Neutech Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 same here 3 catalogues in 2 weeks .......... does for shreding down for packaging

Guest RJBsec Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 With those figures, they must have been paying their taxes on time until they stopped trading. Usually when a company has problems the tax payments are the first thing to suffer. Could probably afford to. zheijiang zec trade & ind
