Service Engineer Posted August 22, 2003 Share Posted August 22, 2003 Wirewound Resistors mate, each one rated at 22 watts. 3 x "12"Ohm "22"Watt Resistors, equals "4"Ohm and "66"Watts total rating at 12 Volts when the resistors are wired parallel. Plenty of spare rating as at 12 volts the load will only use 36Watts. But still dont leave it on too long, it does get Hot to the touch. You can get them from Maplins, cost me 50p each I think. ........................................................
