Jeffrey Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Hi all, I have a real phobia of all things alarm related - maybe not the best site to join but desperate!! I've been away and all the batteries in the detectors are dead - I think (all zones are red and low battery indicator). I tried to change the entry/exit one last night and it went mental with a tamper alarm. It really scared me and now I daren't touch. Yes I am blonde and could really do with some very basic step by step instructions....I have the user and programming codes, just don't know what to do and in what sequence. The user guide doesn't mention changing any of the batteries other than the remote pannel (which I have successfully done before). Please help. THANK YOU Jessica

Oh ok, tonight I managed to change the batteries in the entry/exit detector and to finally change the default codes but if you think I should contact a service company...know of any good ones in central Manchester?? Thanks
