A-G Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 ARC's will monitor most alarms .... but of course you won't get Police response, just keyholder notification. . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
samnaffy Posted March 5, 2009 Author Posted March 5, 2009 might aswell just use a speech dialer!! Thanks
A-G Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 might aswell just use a speech dialer!! Thanks Monitoring is better. Speech diallers are the most unreliable method of communication .... monitoring is the best. . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
james.wilson Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 might aswell just use a speech dialer!! Thanks not really proper monitoring will give a monitored and daily proved path. Audit trail, proof of activation for when a client insurance comp tries to sue for failure to perform. The list is pretty long as to why use a digi over a speech dialler. The pros over a digi with a speech dialler is a pretty short list securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
Adrian-Baker Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Do i have to be accredited by nsi or ssaib to have my intruder alarm monitored by an arc???Having got a clue about this stuff! As most people say no you don't have to be accredited, Alot of people started out that way then once they had sufficent numbers/demand they then applied for accreditation. I am an ARC & I already have non approved companies on my books whilst they are in the midst of applying for accreditation as I have a view that everyone needs a helping hand to get started. Best of luck too you.
