SystemQ Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Hi Paul Which OPTEX Pir's are you using? I have a similar application in mind. I used VX-40's. They never false alarm on me. There are plenty of good PIRs that work at night really well (when the suns not around!) but if you want 24-7 problem free detection they are vey good in all conditions. Paul. System Q Ltd.
Hooner Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 I use Optex PIRs on the drive for detection as they never false alarm. They are linked in to the alarm inputs of the DVR via an interface relay board Paul. Do you sell the interface board, Paul or was it bespoke made? ________
SystemQ Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 Do you sell the interface board, Paul or was it bespoke made? I used an off the shelf relay. If you email me what you want to achieve I can send you a wiring diagram no problem. Paul. System Q Ltd.
