jackbuchan Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Hi all, Wondering if anyone would be able to help us figure this one out i have a gardtec 350 panel installed in a garage and a few hours after setting every time the alarm goes off all of the contacts, control panel tamper and pir are all testing fine. when you put master code in to silence alarm all lights flash what would this indicate? Do you think the batterys maybe need changing in either the panel or the bellbox. Any suggestions would be apprechiated. Thanks in advanced Jack Kind Regards, Jack Buchan JDB Solutions Web: www.jdbsolutions.co.uk E-Mail: jack@jdbsolutions.co.uk

Sounds like the battery is shot to start with change that and see what happens. TBH its a basic panel, if your protecting anything of value upgrade it.
FASTCAR Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 All the leds flashing indicates you have had an alarm , press NO , this should show which zone triggered the alarm.
