whistle
We are thinking of fitting document boxes to all commercial jobs. What do you lot do? We already fit one if its a big job (say over 70 zones) but on smaller jobs we give the customer a folder with all the info inside. But a year or two latter you can never find the folder as customer has lost it etc. What about them fire proof things Initial use, any good? james.wilson
we used to use doc boxes on all commercials now we dont (cost cutting i suppose really) Use fireproof envelopes on domestics. Use plastic wallet fixed to panel on commercial. Have also considered fixing a plastic wallet to the wall. As you do still use doc boxes on some sites. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. hpotter
Give site docs to customer at present. Been toying with idea of putting usb mem stick inside panel. They're cheap enough now. Can't see encryption being necessary given the info we leave on site, but if was, wouldnt be too difficult.
