Guest Oxo Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 I made up a set of croc clips on the end of my butt phone, would clamp it on if no sockets there.

hpotter Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 we use the solwise one.... we fit a filtered socket adjacent to the panel for test phone use. we do same except where think phone point might get used by customer in which case blank cover filter (mini lead socket in panel for test).
jb-eye Posted November 4, 2010 Posted November 4, 2010 Jeff - do fit inside panel purely for the filtering or adjacent as a test phone point? Ronnie Fit one adjacent to every panel. Used to cut up leads and all sorts of stuff years ago. Problem was going out to panels that had ADSL installed on line causing agro. Yes we got paid but eventualy gave in and made this standard kit. Yesterday i went to job where BT REMOVED our unit and fitted Master. i reinstalled ours next to Master. A couple of weeks back i went to a job where BT Installed master next to our filter but refused to conect the blue pair our engineer left hanging. BT are Basteds.Units bought from Risco. Customers!
