galaxyclass Posted May 10, 2009 Author Posted May 10, 2009 thankyou. as posted above i already found this but as it says "if they apply to the company" i am not sure what the register needs and as per my original question i want to know if i can create this register myself as it appears to be a ring binder with pre printed pages. thanks i would imagine that any director of a ltd co would know what im on about (if it makes sense lol)
Cubit Posted May 10, 2009 Posted May 10, 2009 So if it doesn't apply, you no need to worry. The register is just what it says. Contains the RELEVANT information. Why pay someone money when you have to provide the information anyway??

I totally agree, the only problem is i have this company telling me i need it but they are probably just after the money. it may be nothing but i wont rest unless i know 100% now. thanks.
