SUBS Posted May 26, 2009 Posted May 26, 2009 Stick with the UPS! Yeah..........use 12V Lead Acid batteries to power an invertor with a 230V AC (roughly) sine wave output, then power a 12V PSU from that to power your 12V kit. Really efficient that !

If I understood correctly, the suggestion for the UPS was for the DVR, not for the 12V cameras
