A-G Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 waste isn`t waste till I declare it as such, usually outside the wholesalers. Wouldn't it be better to do it legally rather than take the risk? Your choice of course, but I'm on safer ground. the bull **** this country dreams up gets more and more unbelievable. what an absolute waste of time and resources for everyone involved. come on coalition, sort it out Europe dreamt this one up ... Come on coalition, get us out of Europe. . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
Guest Oxo Posted June 2, 2010 Posted June 2, 2010 not needed, see above So when you remove the waste and replace it with new ( Battery change) When does it become waste,on inspection at the office? When arrival at wholesalers and they then say yes it is waste, so it always was waste. You declaring it outside is an admission it is in fact waste.
IAS Posted June 2, 2010 Author Posted June 2, 2010 but I'm on safer ground. unless you forget to tick box B in blue ink left handed, then the book gets thrown at you, my ways a lot safer
