Guest GCG Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 ...don't need Section 352, just make sure Section 381 (option 3 off)Make sure Monitoring Station can receive SIA... 18159[/snapback] Thanks again for your help. It sure is the guidance I need! Just a quick note before I give you the follow up: my Monitoring Station receives Contact ID and Section 381-Option 7 is ON. I did all you told me, but still no luck with the Periodic Test Transmission. Then I tried to perform a User System Test with [*][6][Master Code][4] that among other things is supposed to test the bell output and send a system test reporting code to the station, but nothing happened either: no bell sound and no call. I guess I'm missing some settings that need to be programmed. Could you please give me a hand on this? Regards, Gilbert
j.paul Posted July 26, 2004 Posted July 26, 2004 Turn off opt 7 in sect 381 If you still having problems let me know and I can do a upload/download for you to check your programming... Later Paul There are no stupid questions, but there are a LOT of inquisitive idiots.
