Guest RJBsec
We did sign voluntary undertakings in January 2005 and July 2009 with the Office of Fair Trading that merely indicated a desire to comply with complex directives. We work closely with Birmingham Trading Standards and volunteered to enter a ‘Home Authority Agreement’ in 2009. Anyone else entered into a 'voluntary undertaking' or 'home authority agreement' with Trading Standards ... have to admit that I've never been involved in any form of agreement with Trading Standards ... what are they? They seem to be using trading standards involvement as some sort of endorsement. I wonder if trading standards know about that? Somebody fancy giving them a call? . . . siren
Sounds like a nice guy. I know who to call if I want a security system. One of their testomonials on the website is a classic: I had a heart attack in my home - the alarm system was a life saver!
