cd95 Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Just found this really useful forum and firstly just want to say hi! Anyway I have an Aritech CD95 control panel, it was installed by Initial Shorrock many years ago and has a CD6203 dialler board fitted. I know the engineers code for the alarm panel, but I have just come to changing the phone numbers in the dialler and I find this to requires a code! I have tried the panels engineer code and the diallers default code from the manual but with no success, does anyone know what the default code that Initial Shorrock may have used? I have tried resetting the system but that didn't work and I've contacted Initial Shorrock but as the panels quiet old I’ve had no luck! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for the long first post! Will

Will Will you need to get an engineer to reprogram the dialler there are a lot of programing options and you could disable the dialler, Initial have been taken over by Chubb secuirty they will be able to help but it will require a engineer visit they wont just give you the code. There are a lot of companies other than chubb that can help where are you in the country? your system could do with a good service i would guess. The dialler can only be defaulted by entering into the diller menu, if the code is lost then the diller will have to be replaced! SSAIB Approved. If it ain't broke, you ain't trying hard enough

I had a feeling that that would be the case, the whole system is quiet old now so it's probably a good time to get a new system installed - would probably be more cost effective than calling out an engineers and replacing the dialler! Thanks for the help, Will
