problem with having phone no on bb is the calls to inform "your" alarm has been ringing for 3hrs etc.

say what you like, but in the end youve just peed off a member of GP, & dont help customer nor reputation.

What- no built in bell cut off?

One company this way has a large 'T' as the emblem (do your own jokes), means naff all to anyone but the owner.

tbh even with the number on, one client could not find my number anywhere, so called in another large brand name, who instead of simply servicing it, put it completely out of action by puling all the wires out, then leaving without saying goodbye, my number was both on the bell and in the rkp display :0.

as #40 arf, they cut off after 15mins, with 2 or 3 re-arms.

had a few runaways though, on older bb's.

(large T aint red on yellow bb?)

I do 10 mins x 2 or 5mins x 5 then if it trips immediately it's not ever going gi cominuously to exceed the noise pollution 20 mins. Any probs log proves it did no ring hours on end

serious problem with lockouts imo. We have had cases on audible onlys where the perps keep activating it and legging it till it locks out. What is the problem is poorly maintained systems that ring for no reason AND no-one responding to them. If a system is genuinly alarming then lockouts will easily defeat it.

I like the vision in terms of reliability, perfornance etc. But i know the new g3 sounder std is coming and i dont see the vision being upgraded to comply.

I should probably stop messing about and just use a red ag6 and save the pennies

down to risk assement though, if the client attracts that level of abiity then it need monitoring, at least a digi.

i know how much you don't like them james, tbh thats where a a voice dialer scores many more points over bells only, at least a key holder is advised, with it built like Gartec Kit it only adds running the phone line in and a an adsl filter to thje costs, so seems silliy not to and adding the VFM imho.
