This old one.

IIRC anything broadcasting to more than 5 people needs a PRL.

Fleet vehicles I doubt it.

Imagine trying to hire a MPV/high range car with TV/Radio/Sat capability.

Think constabulary are saving on static devices as in piped or sat feeds.

Be funny to call on them and explain the iphone issues and TV in overnight accommodation provided for split over run shifts...............

Hear kent police are not now renewing their performing rights licence @ £23Kpa this year due to cost savings so bobbies wont be able to listen to music in their patrol cars.

So why did the police need it?

What do they know about the Law?

They don't need radio, they'll be out catching villains....won't they?
