arfur mo Posted November 30, 2010 Share Posted November 30, 2010 i might be wrong, but is this software as used by geovision? if not, and it may be simular, you you have to set the software up to use a declared portion of a hard drive, then make sure that figure allocated is no where near a full drive capaicity, better to use dedicated drive. allowing pleanty f room for windows temp file - or it crashes. digitalwitness Posted November 30, 2010 Share Posted November 30, 2010 I would presume that you need to allocate HDD space for recordings, so check the record or system setup but be careful what you allocate as Arfur has mentioned or you could overwrite the operating system.
