newsatten Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Hi, Can you help please? I have a CSC fitted house alarm. The system works fine however during really cold weather (typically zero/minus temperatues) the outside alarm box (sorry I do not know the technical term) beeps intermittently every 10 seconds or so. It will continue beeping until the temperature rises. In this current cold snap it is beeping every 10 seconds pretty much 24 hours a day. The panel battery was replaced 18 months ago and the alarm system works fine. What is causing this beeping noise in cold weather and how can I fix it so it stops!? All help much appreciated. Many thanks J
Guest Oxo Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 If it is the sounder i`m thinking of it needs an engineer to make a slight adjustment.

james.wilson Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Might be an old one. I'd assume its a risco bell? Can you post a picture of the outside bell please? securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
