Tell the customer ADT are promoting a Minerva buyback scheme that is worth looking into.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.

to be fair it uses it own protocol as stated and i dont think anything else will work with existing devices. If yout changing the panel i would just replace all the heads. Then you can use your prefered protocol. We did this recently with a minerva and put in a fike quadnet

Tyco are dscounting about £5 perpoint with the buyback scheme, not much point on such a small system. I would go along with binning it and starting again.
