ROFL, serioisly making your own bread is fun. But you need (kneed) time. Slap me for that! A decent breadmaker is easier, i`m just fussy. Allowed to be at 47 yrs old!!! Sorry Deliah Got to laugh at that, am a closet chef. Have all the books from many a top chef. Eaten in top resturants to see and taste what they write about. Can seriously say I could do Sea Bass and compot for less than the £90 we paid per head. Jamie Oliver`s Italian in Docklands does a superb meal and starter. G Ramsefkingbastid y`s place is over rated IMHO. Hilton Park Lane is good. Best, got to be Jamie Oliver`s, good NO great food, decent wine and excellent service.
