You answer your own question with the way you have wired the EWD .

Sit back and think about it.

Often there is a comparability list in the sirens instructions,

Bell - is the negative drive to operate the siren, not to charge the sirens battery (and/or keep it quiet).

tbh it is a termanoligy hangover from days when bells were 'straight ringers' and anti tamper was a simple wire loop around the cover or a couple if micro switches.

I don't know the intelisense panel, from your description i suggest you swap the black and green wires over, and try that.

Point taken, but a little noodle strain does wonders for your IQ.

Wow that was so mellow of me, then again am sitting here rocking head to AC/DC.

Might swap to Van Halen in a bit :D

I have a accord XP Alarm panel.

So If I swap black and the green wire will sounder work. At the Time being I have disconnected the yellow wire because If i connect it the sounder would turn on. But I still have a flashing two LEDs which works without yellow wire connected..

Yes swap them, the LED`s are "Comfort" to let you know the thing has power.

You might knee ti close ir defeat the tamper contacts to stop siren, after you have swapped overvgreen and black having connected the battery.
