But nothing should be lost. Dont fit the Veritas, but surely it has a NVM to hold programming/codes etc?

What lights are showing on the keypad?

So are you saying the bell continues to sound when system is set or unset?

this is correct nothing should have changed.

i would advise to make sure user code is master code.

could you have defaulted it by accident?wont say how!

The system is working fine, just wont unset with code

only code it will take to silence is the engineers

codes back to front?engineers should not unset system!

try the default user code and see if that works!

i know the veritas well, the engineers code and user codes sound backwards.

It is the same function number to change either so can easily be done.

The panel does have an NVM so shouldn't forget the codes, although have very rarely seen this happen.

As sjsturner really.

Is there a 'set only' code on these panels?

wondered has that mistake been made?
