sacred Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Had a call out to one of these systems this morning. Power was cut off (main incoming fuse 100A blown, power company out to replace) when the system was repowered, the alarm activated and could not be silenced with any codes. LCD screen blank Tamper and unset LEDS lit up. The speaker would go off when zone 1 was triggered and would cut out a minute later. I powered down the system and powered it up again. The system came back to life codes accepted everything back to normal. The only difference was the date was one day ahead and the time was 1.30AM nothing in the log about date / time changes. I suspect a electrical spike / surge caused it to crashed ? Has anyone ever had this sort of problem before? sacred
