Guest Gordon Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Why is the Prem 48 better? I might have to forgo the fire sensor!
james.wilson Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 More powerful than a 24. A prem 48 is nearly as powerful as a galaxy dimension. But a prem 24 is more powerful than a gal 2. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
Guest Gordon Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Will I see any difference in a domestic install? I'll probably end up with 7 wired sensors inc doors and 7 wireless, max. Will use the keyfob remote, won't use pstn dialer but may add gsm dialer.
james.wilson Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 No you probably won't but from your question is thought you wanted the best. Guest Gordon Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Sorry didn't mean it that way, what I really meant was is it just the same system with more zones/areas etc, I looked at the Texecom website and it shows the only function missing is DP zone configuration. But of course sometimes that isn't the whole story! Quite happy to buy the bigger system if it gives me more than just more zones etc. (which I likely will never need)

Guest Gordon Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Am I correct in thinking that EOL is better than DP anyway? and as such I should use EOL.
