Key_Security Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Hi All, A mate of mine has a Veritas system of some sort installed. I'm not at all familiar with the Veritas range, so need help in ID'ing this RKP. I need to know WHAT it is, WHERE I can get one, and can it be changed without the Eng code (he has his user code). Guys, Simon.

Guys, Simon. This is known as a Veritas K Series Keypad. Pretty easy to get hold of. A keypad can be replaced without the engineers.

A-G Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 theres an engineer reset on tamper & restart (some versions) ... and it's very unusual for one of these to go faulty. . . . PM me for access to the SSAIB members discussion area.
sixwheeledbeast Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 theres an engineer reset on tamper & restart (some versions) Agreed, but not set as default. ... and it's very unusual for one of these to go faulty. Agreed, normally worn out before they go faulty. Also noticed that keypad is pretty new too, due to the two plastic covers at the top hiding the screws.
