clio51 Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 Hi can anybody please help me as you see i have a optima xm 4 zone alarm and as in one of your post I too have smelt TCP for a few weeks and wondered where the hell it was coming from. well since then my alarm as packed in only the red power button lighting up. nothing at all from key pad. I turned power off and took battery out, switched power back on and NOTHING HAPPENED now as I am a lady dont be too techincal with me but is it now knacked or can i fix it myself as money is tight

Something is faulty and it will at minimum require an engineer. I would also recommend leaving the power off to the system if you can.
