alterEGO Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 looks like an old flashguard, I think your old bell looked better
james.wilson Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 old one was a pain to fit though. But anyway no-one cares what my bell looks like. I did think that those backlit bells would be the future but seems to many issues, ie if its logo'ed it becomes a backlit sign and planning permission is required for that. Plus uniformity of lighting etc. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
MrHappy Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 TBH. I was aware of the product pre alarm forums, I like the shape & believe i would look great with our logo on, but ain't changing I think the SIA logo looks good on it too, James have you considered removing the plastic packing film over your phones camera lense yet ? alterEGO Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 website has them listed as grade 2? do they do the night rider LED thing like the old gardtec sab?
alterEGO Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 http://www.preventcrime.co.uk/?p=450 looks like your not on your own. Nice looking bell to be fair.
james.wilson Posted August 24, 2011 Posted August 24, 2011 James have you considered removing the plastic packing film over your phones camera lense yet ? lol. re grade they dont make anything grade 3 yet unfortunatly. there is 3 leds in there and it flashes them side to side or solid, and the same leds are used as the strobe. No nasty voltages (well less) and lower current. Just as effective as xenons imo. ie most of the new emergency service vehicles use led's now. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
