patronltd
Morning All, Just a quick question for you all if you have time to answer it. Apart from 'word and mouth' which forms of advertising would you say are effective for the money you pay? We have had 10,000 leaflets made up & to be brutally honest their not doing so well, im through 4,000ish and only had 1 query. We have also been in local magazines but again its been seen but quite slow, on our leaflets we show prices of systems which we are not affraid to show but i just thought if you had any suggestions id be happy to hear them. We are just approaching our first year and are still learning the business side of things. Hope you all have a good day Jay
miaren
A free listing in Yellow pages wont hurt... A clean van (including roof) with sign-writing and a personal clean and tidy appearance - IMHO - cheap and effective, though not really advertising
itesecurity
Tried the leaflets, no good and waste of money and effort for the return you get. A professional website with proper SEO and google adwords pay per click is very effective, we saw a massive increase in enquiries and sales, it is initially expensive and takes time but the return is fantastic. As miaren said a free listing in the yellow pages won't hurt but don't pay for an ad as not many people pick up the yellow pages anymore.
norman
I've just googled "hsa security" and you are nowhere to be seen. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
itesecurity
I've just googled "hsa security" and you are nowhere to be seen. And your point is ? Google HSA security or HSA alarms etc and you will probably come up with yale (or YALE, like someone on here used to put it), we hardly want to be associated with yale alarms, so HSA may be on our bell box but it's not one of our keywords, in fact I dont think HSA is mentioned anywhere on our site, as we don't need it as one of our keywords. Ok someone may google it after seeing one of our bells but that would not happen too often.
reidy
Seems daft not to have your company name as a keyword really, how is anyone going to find your website if they don't know the proper URL? Hey Ho, Lets Go
