Avinitlarge Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 I know its a difficult question but a pro might look at the pic and could tell whant it is straight away. Ive asked the person who it belongs to but have had no reply

Avinitlarge Posted September 24, 2011 Author Posted September 24, 2011 I want to beable to see BGA solder ball's melt from a 20cm distance. The ball's in the vid are about 0.5mm http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=164257203659086
PeterJames Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 That vid was as exciting as watching paint dry
Avinitlarge Posted September 25, 2011 Author Posted September 25, 2011 It is rather boring. I need to make sure the solder is actually melting, I can't just presume it has melted. Ive found out what the lens is C-Mount 10X Macro Zoom but im struggling to find one at a reasonable price
PeterJames Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 I think you are over complicating your quest that lense is fairly old hence why its not cheap, I reckon you can acheive the same result with something like this http://support.dynamic-cctv.com/shop/PDF/Specs/DTV-27XW5%20%28spec%29.pdf About £200
breff Posted September 25, 2011 Posted September 25, 2011 On a side note, I assume you repair xbox360's, if so how much, I've already done the clean up, reapply heat paste and change x clamps to nuts and bolts, lasted about 3 months The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct! (Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)
Avinitlarge Posted September 25, 2011 Author Posted September 25, 2011 I think you are over complicating your quest that lense is fairly old hence why its not cheap, I reckon you can acheive the same result with something like this http://support.dynam...0%28spec%29.pdf About £200 I probably am over complicating it. Anything that does the same job would be ok. Breff, You have PM
