ryan042000 Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 hi all i have recently aquired texecoms texbase and montex software however i am not able to run it every time i do i get a failed to respond message or texbase not working can any one solve this issue as i dont know alot about this i use this program to monitor our security systems at my 3 propertys and perform maintenance on them remotely

ryan042000 Posted January 1, 2012 Author Posted January 1, 2012 my systems are working corectly and i can connect to them remotely via wintex how ever my issue is i cant seem to install texbase properly or get it program to run i haven as of yet contacted tech support as i thought i might find the answer here is any one has experienced the same problem
PSE Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 I use it at our office on our server, Its quite easy to install once you have done it a couple of times, There are just a couple of options to configure, to allow the events to be forwarded to texbase software properly If they are not set up right, You will keep getting an offline error. I have the PDF document for the setup of the program, Its quite rare to find, it took me ages to after i figured it out myself If youre still stuck, message me your email address and i will send it over to you Regards,

ryan042000 Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 not realy i managed to get montex up and running however texbase the alarm managment software is still giving me jip i cant seem to open the file it just gives me errors or says texbase has stoped working when i open it any ideas mate
