Youre using the same version as we are, at our office.

I really dont understand why youre having the issues, Its really that simple to get going.

If you want to, Take a few screen shots of the settings and email them over to me, I will have a look at it that way.

Could it be an issue with "running as administrator" and UAC settings? Worth googling those two items for a better understanding

Its deffo down to it not being setup correctly, will be simple settings tweek
