james.wilson Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Id say with your 5 yr ageing thats a little high. 7A/h are for lower than that IMO. Plus bear in mind the A/h rating is calculated at a 24 hour discharge time, not 12 so it wont give that amount of capacity at 12 hours anyway. I know its accepted that we still use that rating as if it was a 12 hour discharge. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
sixwheeledbeast Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Id say with your 5 yr ageing thats a little high. I did say rough idea. This is also what Cooper recommend. Probably doesn't include ageing or an activation. Would normally work it out including an activiton of 15 minutes, myself.
PeterJames Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 10 x quiescent current gives you minimum battery size for 12hr or there abouts
james.wilson Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Pete. Id say 10x day was good for an 8 hour approx, but not a 12? securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
