james.wilson Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 Never done it but i recall it being a jpeg on the sd card. Probably has to be a certain name of file Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
GalaxyGuy Posted March 12, 2012 Posted March 12, 2012 You need Honeywell's conversion program to convert your files into a format recognised by the keypad. Also, the SD card needs to be FAT16 and small capacity - something like a 32MB will work. There are two different conversion programs for the different keypad types. Quote
stevie_1978 Posted March 14, 2012 Author Posted March 14, 2012 thanks galaxyguy. any idea where i get this conversion program?? thanks Quote
GalaxyGuy Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 (edited) These are freely available from Honeywell. Hopefully my posted links will work: The older TouchCenter CP040 CP040 The new TouchCenters CP041 and CP042: CP041-CP042 Edited March 14, 2012 by GalaxyGuy Quote
RDS Security Systems Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 im trying to add an image to the CP040 touchcenter. Does anyone have the conversion software. Link above is gone. Quote

RDS Security Systems Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 No probs Norman, looks like a bit of a mission to get an image on a screen! Quote
norman Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 It's easy with the converter, just choose a .jpg and it changes it Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
