I can't grumble with our retention rates. While ever they are northward of 95% it must mean most people like us.

Not all. It's only the subsidised ones. It would be true to say that using our proprietary software could be used to stop them leaving but the fact people buy new products and services from us suggests that we are liked or they would by the additional things from someone else.
