ChrisMurphy
We provide 1 routine service per year and also access to our 24 hrs 7 days a week 265 days of the year engineering team and we aim to be onsite to all calls within 4 hrs. I am sure this is an error......................................... You will see many other companies paperwork over the years as you visit old sites. Good luck with alarms.....but personally I'd drop the delta backlit box, that could be the cause of some of the negativeness (most people link the backlit box to "new" companies) 30 years of experience, ssaib approved family business. We have a very long list of clients that we are very proud chose to use us. We have never bought out any other company or forced anyone to use us. All of our customers are free to leave us whenever they wish, yet very few ever have. This is down to the fact that we always put our best into every job. http://alarmguard.co.uk
Lwillis
The way we are going now in 5 maybe 10 years the only paper onsite will be the logbook. Everything else will,be stored digitally with the company ( previous or otherwise.) Unless the customer prints his ERS sheet

This is how we operate today but we don't have a logbook either. www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/catalog/

Lwillis
The digital ones are all fair a well but if the iPad goes down or no signal . I'd prefer to have no paper work at all onsite and it all be on my iPad. Makes it harder for the next company if we lose the contract
