I thought they went to sleep when the system is unset (isn't that the point of 2 way?) and therefore shouldn't come on anyway?? Quote

Ronnie Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 yeah i was wondering if you could have them off even when the system was armed and i heard it might be possible. part set? bedroom? if a detector isn't included in a part set then i guess it would stay asleep and therefore no LED? Quote
miaren Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 (edited) Why do you want to disable the led. Its only the thief who'd see it....then its too late. Edited April 18, 2012 by miaren Quote
Ronnie Posted April 18, 2012 Posted April 18, 2012 Why do you want to disable the led. Its only the thief who'd see it....then its too late. read my post above yours - it might be that it's not kept in sleep mode even when part set. Quote
OliverGaskell Posted April 18, 2012 Author Posted April 18, 2012 part set? bedroom? if a detector isn't included in a part set then i guess it would stay asleep and therefore no LED? not part set or bedroom - i wanted the led's off permanently to test what effect it had on the battery life Quote
