Guest RICHL Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 Depends what the turnover is aswell - if its mostly Pms/monitoring then it would be more valuable than a CCTV installing outfit for example.
terrycps Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 I almost bought a company in cheshire for £80,000 last year, Am i glad i got it checked out as ot turns out it was running a loss and partner keyholding company was subsidising it for years. The owner wasn't selling the keyholding side of business, and this is a man that i worked for for 5 1/2 years!. ALWAYS pay an accountant to check these things out fully and dont rush into it, Im glad i didnt even though im still working all hours to make someboby else rich...........
Brian c Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 I'll sell you mine for £80 I'll even take installments If you don't know......ask.
