Perhaps you may want to discus this with a pro and put him on your payroll.Remember there is nothing wrong about avoiding paying tax and as a sole trader you can pretty much do as you please without breaking any laws. Ltd company directors are accountable for the company they work for and although most think they are in charge it's purely that no one bothers to peruse Them because it's just to trivial. That is of course as long as they don't pss the wrong person off. Customers!
