MrHappy Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 Following on from the DPR Ding Dong, which started on the 26/7/12,The trutmark site is now showing which is 6th working day since the FMB showed them as trust mark, anybody know why the FMB is allowed to award a trustmark for security systems ? IMHO it would appear to be quite rib tickler if the ECA where awarding trustmarks for Damp proofing ? Mr Veritas God

MrHappy Posted August 13, 2012 Posted August 13, 2012 what do you know h? nothing, but I do suspect they asked the FMB to add the trustmark to there FMB status after being exposed on popular internet security forum, after all I think there is no extra free to pay ? new topic in trade as I'd have to unlock the public one which is still on the 1st page of google for "dpr secure" however I guess this could be merged onto if needed ? alterEGO Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 I've always though of trust mark as another one of those badges people collect when they can't get proper approval.
Adi Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Happy is right, and ssaib and nsi should investigate and have trustbollox removed. It gives gp the image that they are approved/inspected to a decent standard. I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
Cubit Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Happy is right, and ssaib and nsi should investigate and have trustbollox removed. It gives gp the image that they are approved/inspected to a decent standard. I doubt they can do much about it
MrHappy Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 I've always though of trust mark as another one of those badges people collect when they can't get proper approval. FSA (ECA), FMB Diversity (sadly not BGT street dancers) All IMHO, with all to do with the security industry Mr Veritas God
