Yep your right, its the same woman who blamed you for the number 5 button not working on the keypad after a service visit,

Oxo Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 We got told we had to pay for the milk we used as ours had ran out. We had been using our own kettle and stuff as it was a 10 day install. Another complained we had left the place untidy, it was cleaner than we had arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were complained against because a joiner left some dust on a floor after fitting some new door stops next to a hole we drilled the previous week. Turned out the joiner left it in a tip and went off on holiday and the "janitor" couldn't be bothered tidying up!

miaren Posted September 6, 2012 Author Posted September 6, 2012 No, you cant knock the maintenance chap. He just ran the cables and left them tidily bunched and labelled to one side. As he didnt know where they were to be connected he left plenty to reach any panel required. and the fact He didnt work there then. Its a local phone co. who complete the connections....Mmmmm wont be recommending them!!

End of the job the owner presented us with a bill for the Tea/Coffee/Milk /Sugar & Electric used. To be taken off of our invoice prior to payment. Guy was a complete A****le. Customers Love us, Intruders Hate us.

Specialist Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 Sorry mate: Missed your reply to this, the A****le presented us with a bill for £25 & no way would he pay the invoice until we'd deducted it from the bill. Got our own back a few months later when we did his offices, charged him an extra £50 for his cheek. Customers Love us, Intruders Hate us.
