Alarm Protection Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 I would very much doubt a grade 1 cert. I would say then all the "nacoss gold is best and inspected to the top is a load of nonsense. This is what makes the industry a joke IMO! !

norman Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Iv never seen any install round our parts like that even from the lowest like ssaib companies. saucer of milk for the lady? Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Alarm Protection Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Agree Norman and we are ssaib approved but all approved companies round here work to the book tbh. It's all about price now. !
Paul Giles Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Are you sure they are ungraded contacts? SC550 is G2, cant see inside the SC517 to see if its a G1 or 2 Obviously hinge side wrong etc. Also, we always run the cable through the Optex foam as it seals better. Shame other Manufacturers dont include a bit, its a good idea. PG Security Systems Somerset SSAIB Certificate of Merit Installers. www.pgsecurity.co.uk
