james.wilson Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 wyhat you need to understand that this info should be known by you and your firm, especially as you have a gold badge. but not being the boss is irrelevant if you are making the day to day decisions. you should know this info. if not then your gold badge should be removed. however i can see you want to learn, but you shouldnt be learning on tsi as gold you should know. can you see that? securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.

Oxo Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 The first part was a statement. The second was a question. I agreed on both, I do not see an issue.

I think the point being missed James is; Who says certs should be issued for every job? Would that be the very people who's major revenue stream is from certs? The same company who practice double standards?
Oxo Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Time the companies were able to issue their own, rather than pay per cert.
MrHappy Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 but not being the boss is irrelevant if you are making the day to day decisions. everyone has **** on the books, I've yet to find a RKP mounted on the door, however where the mongs have done this sort of half arsed effort of an install it normally been tarted up during service visits, when in the area or when short of work. alterEGO Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 If taking over an nsi gold system i can assume the cert is in place. If silver or ssaib i need to recert. Id of thought you would need to recert to ssaib if taking an nsi system of either rating? Why would I? we all work to the same standard.
james.wilson Posted November 7, 2012 Posted November 7, 2012 Why would I? we all work to the same standard. No I think the point being missed James is;Who says certs should be issued for every job?
