jonnyboy Posted December 10, 2012 Share Posted December 10, 2012 So we have an installation consisting of some KD6 domes which at some point has had the old Ultrack matrix and keyboard pulled out and replaced with a Pelco matrix/keyboard. We recently had a camera off to honeywell for a repair and they kindly wiped all the preshots etc. Now on the old Ultrak controller there was a menu you access by doing I think shift F10 on the keyboard but we cant seem to find how to access the menu on the Pelco keyboard. If you do preshot 91-99 you get a few functions such as the camera menu but we have tried everything and cant find the menu to program the preshots and tours.
