it's not often i get a tip because i don't get too involved in full installs but a customer gave me and my engineer a £50 tip each today!  happy days.

I never take the tips, there for the engineers imo.

I don't, always pissed me off when it happened at my old firm. I also think it looks a bit tin pot if the customer knows its my firm and I can't pass the tips on.

Load of ****, I graft just as much as the guys do if not more. I spent all day clearing cobwebs with my head in the attic so ill take the tip thanks very much..
