I did not install this originally nor am i an alarm engineer...................It just looks like the sensors have been installed and powered to look like they work, but will not trigger off anything. How are they supposed to be wired.

your mistaken, Go back to co. who I assume provide maintenance & monitoring, & get them to do it properly

Just noticed a zone expander and stu adapter so I presume op has taken a pro alarm and trying to fit it on his own. Tbh the panel might be locked out.

Hi Kevshek

You are missing something, the wiring is not as black and white as you think it is. I wouldnt other using the original installers colours they may of junctioned the cables and used different colours and alsorts. But the other advise you have been given of using a local installer may be your best solution these panels are not diy unless you are familiar with PD6662 EN50131 some of the settings and wiring will be very confusing

ain't it amazing what you can find with google?

Kev, you appear to be doing ICE (2nd job/ start up) ?

Whilst you've similar skill set to get it together, I reckon you'd be much better getting it touch with the installer of the system & getting them to price to install / install to cables you've fitted. As you'd be prudent to be insured & have proper signalling alarm in place
